Browse through our website store and add the items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. All of our prices are shown in pounds stirling. After you have finished selecting your purchases click on the 'checkout' and you will be asked to complete a few details so that we can process your order.
Payment
We accept payment through the Netbanx facility to process your payment securely and directly and will accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro Delta, Solo and Electron cards. We strongly recommend that you use Netbanx as this is the most secure way of processing your payment which is directly through the bank - we are unable to access your payment details. Please note: Payments made from outside the UK can only be made by credit card. Alternatively if you do not wish to order and pay online and if you are in the UK, you can contact The Stitchery directly by telephone on 01526 832131 and order and pay over the phone using your debit/credit card or you can send a cheque. If you make a mistake in your order and cannot rectify it through the shopping basket, please contact us immediately by telephone 01526 832131 or email enquiries@thestitcheryonline.org.uk giving your name, telephone number, postcode and order number if you have one, and we will correct the mistake.
When we have received your order we will email you with confirmation that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this clause to protect ourselves in the case of a mistake in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular item. In any case we will contact you to advise of the current situation, giving you chance to cancel your order should you wish to do so.
